Ineke van Putte

This week’s journal, Ineke van Putte – Student Counselor

Every week a board member or consultant will talk you through a small biography, and more importantly, a little insight into their life, what parts of their agenda are devoted to time, and what parts aren’t.

This week it’s my turn, and I’ll give you some insights into my life and my role as a student counselor. But first, let me quickly introduce myself!

My name is Ineke van Putte and I’m 23 years old. I grew up in a very small village named Zonnemaire, before moving to Breda to do my bachelor in International Business. During my bachelor, I did an internship in a Marketing and Multi-Media Design agency in Cancun, Mexico. I really had a good time over there, and really fell in love with this amazing country.  I also did an exchange in Bali, at Udayana University. This really was one of the best experiences of my life and I feel as though Bali is also a reminder of how important kindness and generosity are: the locals are so lovely and cheerful – it would be hard to have a bad day, as someone will always put a smile on your face.

After getting my degree, I realised that I really wanted to learn more about Marketing and analysing data. Therefore, I decided to start the master Marketing Analytics. During the pre-master, several old board members/consultants made me enthusiastic about TIME and I eventually applied for the function as Student Counsellor. Until now, it has been an amazing experience and we’ve achieved a lot already. I’m looking forward to all the other things that we are going to face, and of course our trip to Shanghai, Tokyo and Osaka in November.

As a student counsellor, I am the first point of contact for the consultants, do my best to keep everyone motivated, and I am, together with Chantal, responsible for the acquisition period. 4 weeks ago we started the acquisition period and I can say that I’m very proud what we already achieved until now. Everyone is super driven and motivated, which makes me happy to be part of this amazing team.

TIME is taking over quite a bit of my time but I would lie if I’d say it’s all I do. In my free time, I really love to go to the gym,  having drinks with friends on the terrace, and I really love to travel the world;)

Do you want to know more about TIME or our current project? Add me on LinkedIn or send me a message and Ill tell you everything about it!

Until next Time!
